Multi-Lingual Help-desk Assistants (English) (Belgium)
Full training will be given on how to handle 1st-line software issues by telephone, and you will then become involved on a daily basis providing assistance to a broad range of clients.
You must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian. In addition, you will have a good working knowledge of MS Office, and have excellent customer service orientation.
The offices are based between Brussels and Antwerp and are well served by public transport. No weekend work is involved but you should be available to work on a flexible shift basis.
