The farm is 15 hectares, and has 4 lovely houses, with uncontaminated water, electricity via solar power and ecological toilet systems. It also has a place for raising guinea pigs and rabbits, and a sizable pen for free-range chickens with house and a little pond for the ducks, 1 hectare sugar cane cultivation with roofed place for making natural dehydrated sugar cane juice (unrefined cane sugar). We have many fruit trees of: noni, guanábana, chirimoya, avocados, tamarindos, paquío (guamo), pan de fruta, mangos, chimas, plantains, bananas, coconuts, papayas, oranges, grapefruits, coffee, cocoa bean, achiote, asparagus, yota, bore, grapes, and others. There are areas for growing food and parts in virgin jungle. We also have a large variety of medicinal, ornamental and all kinds of different plants growing. A beautiful jungle river runs through the farm, and there is access for a vehicle to all the houses and to different key parts of the farm.
The farm is ideal for self-sufficiency from what is grown, due to the fact that in winter it is possible to grow many kinds of veg that would otherwise only grow in colder climates, and all year round you can grow corn, rice, sweet potatoes, yucca, amaranth, and many other things. It is also a great place for setting up an ecological tourism site.
