· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating
· Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
· In‐depth knowledge of performance metrics
· Good computer skills, especially MS Excel
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Organizational and time‐management skills
· Decision‐making skills
· Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
· Willing to work on graveyard shift
